If your physical order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 1 hour of your purchase. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
RETURNS
Physical Planner Products
We provide a one hour grace period after you have placed a physical planner order to make any changes. This is a handmade item, not a pre-packaged manufactured item. We take pride in creating each planner & getting it shipped out to you as soon as possible.
* Once this grace period has passed, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged or returned. *

Digital Products
All digital sales are final.
All Other Products & Merchandise
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.
Shipping and processing fees cannot be refunded.

Return Policy
*Unopened products purchased from IAMTHEREALPOOH within the continental United States may be returned for a refund within 15 days. Refunds are limited to regularly-priced items. Items shipped to an address outside of the continental United States are not eligible for a return.
● Returns must be accompanied by an order receipt or a packing slip.
● Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
● A return shipping label will be generated and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
● Refunds are issued via original payment method of the order.
● Exchanges are processed as a refund and a new order.
Gifts
Any return on an item that is marked as a gift during checkout will be refunded in the form of a gift receipt. Gift credit for the value of your item will be sent to the email on file once the return is physically received back at our warehouse.
Please submit a return authorization by using our contact form with subject line “Return [#order number]”. We do not accept returns without return authorization.
All items must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging. Should you need to return your apparel, the original tags must be attached and in resell-able conditions (no stains, unwashed & unworn). Credits for returned items will be applied to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. Credit will be issued within 10 days of the date that the return is accepted by our support team.
FINAL SALE
Items purchased at discounted/sale price are not eligible for refund.
We do not issue refunds if:
Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g.providing the wrong shipping address)
You can submit refund requests within 5 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (15 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
